Can I get a refund?
  • LE POPPOP accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Minus the cost of shipping. 
  • If you received "Free Shipping" then the full cost of the item minus the shipping will be refunded. 


Why don't you refund for cash?
  • LE POPPOP products are made to order we are not able to offer cash refunds.
  • If you are unsure on which colour to get we can always send you out a swatch of the material so you can decide before buying or if you are in Bordeaux feel free to drop by our studio. Simply Contact Us


Can I exchange?
  • LE POPPOP accepts exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • The buyer pays shipping both ways.
  • Items must be in new condition, unused with the original packaging. 


My purchase is faulty. What should I do?

  • First of all if this is the case then I would like to apologise in advance.
  • If your purchase is faulty please get in touch within 14 days of delivery via email.
  • If overtime your LE POPPOP bag has a defect or needs a repair, please Contact Us and we will sort out getting it repaired. We want you to use your LE POPPOP for decades.  


Additional Charges

  • The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
  • LE POPPOP is not responsible for customs fees incurred from customers purchasing from outside the European Union.
