Can I collect my order in person?

  • All orders can be collected in person.
  • Input a French Address in the "Ship To" section in order to view the "FREE Collect in Person" option. 
  • Select "Collect in Person" 
  • Ensure you give the correct contact details so a collection time can be arranged. 
  • LE POPPOP is based in Bordeaux City Centre - 33000.

 

How long until I receive my order? (Domestic France)

  • All domestic orders within France are shipped via Colissimo.
  • Each backpack is made to order so please give one week for it to be made.
  • Once it's registered with the shipping provider you will receive a tracking number and it should be with you in 2 working days.   

 

How long until I receive my order? (International EU)

  • All international orders are shipped via Colissimo France.
  • Each backpack is made to order so please give one week for it to be made.
  • Once it's registered with the shipping provider you will receive a tracking number and it should be with you between 3 - 8 working days. (Normally arrives within 5 working days.)
  • Each package must be signed for.  

 

How long until I receive my order? (International NON - EU)

  • All international orders are shipped via Colissimo France.
  • Each backpack is made to order so give one week for it to be made.
  • Once it's registered with the shipping provider you will receive a tracking number and it should be with you between 3 - 8 working days. 
  • Note: Sometimes your package will be given a new tracking number once in the country of destination. All countries manage this differently. Check your local post office for more information. 
  • Each package must be signed for.  

 

LE POPPOP is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. LE POPPOP does not refund or replace packages in these cases. Customers decide which level of shipping they want and therefore it is the customer whom decides to add extra shipping insurance or not. All orders have a minimum of 23 €/kg insurance. 

If your parcel gets lost or stolen, once you have asked everyone and it is clear the postal service have made a mistake or somebody has stolen it, please get in touch. LE POPPOP will put a claim through for you as soon as physically possible. During such circumstances here at LE POPPOP we understand your frustration so we will help by following your case until a fair solution has been found.

LE POPPOP is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider but we will do our absolute best to get this resolved.
